AFCAT Previous Years' Cut Offs: Indian Air Force invites Online applications for the courses commencing in JANUARY 2022 for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for grant of PC/ SSC for NCC Special Entry Scheme (For flying branch) and for Meteorology Entry.

 The AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) examination is conducted twice a year in the month of February and November. The cut-off for any exam is the minimum qualifying mark that a candidate needs to secure in order to qualify for that particular exam. Candidates applying for the technical entry through AFCAT also need to pass another test called EKT (Engineering Knowledge Test). EKT tests the basic engineering knowledge.

  • Number of candidates appearing in the exam
  • Previous year’s cut off
  • Difficulty level of exam
  • Number of candidates qualifying AFCAT 2021
AFCAT and EKT Exam Pattern

AFCAT 2021 Exam will be conducted in two phase. To be acceptable for the post one need to score minimum qualifying marks both in written test and AFSB test as prescribed by the Indian Air Force. Candidates will be selected in order of the marks secured by them in both written and SSB. Final Merit list would be updated in the official website of Indian Air Force after all SSB are conducted for AFCAT Entries.
