Indian Navy and Bangladesh Navy bilateral exercise BongoSagar and IN-BN Corpat Commences:
The second version of Indian Navy (IN) – Bangladesh Navy (BN) Bilateral Exercise Bongosagar is booked to start in Northern Bay of Bengal on 03 October 2020. Exercise Bongosagar, whose first version was held in 2019, is pointed toward creating between operability and joint operational aptitudes through lead of a wide range of sea activities and tasks. In the up and coming release of Exercise Bongosagar, ships from the two naval forces will partake in surface fighting drills, seamanship developments and helicopter activities. 

This activity will be trailed by the third release of IN - BN Coordinated Patrol (CORPAT) in Northern Bay of Bengal from 4 to 5 October 2020, wherein IN and BN units will attempt joint watching along the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL).
