Gallantry Award: Know about  Maha Vir Chakra 

Gallantry Award: Know about  Maha Vir Chakra  Gallantry Awards have been established by the Government of India to respect the demonstrations of boldness and penance of the officials/staff of the Armed Forces, other legitimately comprised Forces and regular folks. These chivalry grants are declared twice in a year - first on the event of the Republic Day and afterwards on the event of the Independence Day. In this article, we will know about Maha Vir Chakra.

Established on 26 Jan 1950 to perceive the demonstration of heroism within the sight of the adversary. 

Award: Circular fit as a fiddle and is made of standard silver, and is emblazoned on the front-side a five-pointed heraldic star with the purposes of the star simply contacting the edge. Award will be one and three eighth crawls in breadth. The State token (counting maxim) is decorated in the highlight which is adorned. The star is cleaned and the focal point is in gold plated. On the converse, it will have embellished Maha Vir Chakra both in Hindi and English with two lotus blossoms among Hindi and English. The fitting is turn mounting. 

Strip: The lace is of a half-white and half-orange shading. 

Bar: If any beneficiary of the Chakra again performs such a demonstration of fortitude, as makes the person in question qualified to get the Chakra, such further demonstration of valiance will be recorded by a Bar to be joined to the riband by which the chakra is suspended. For each Bar granted, a reproduction of the Chakra in smaller than expected will be added to the riband when worn alone.
