The spirit of a body is the essence of the term Esprit de Corps. It's a feeling of pride and mutual loyalty shared by the members of a group. The troops with a higher Esprit de Corps are motivated, full of Josh and more often than not victorious under any circumstance. Following are the snapshots of this mighty regiment.

Battalion Specialization: 

  • 1st Battalion the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) is the Strategic Reserve. (Red Devils) 
  • 9th Battalion the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) is for Mountain Warfare. (Pirates) 
  • 10th Battalion the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) is for Desert Warfare. (Desert Scorpions, The Mustafas of Desert Warfare) 
  • 21st Battalion the Parachute Regiment (Special Forces) is for Jungle Warfare. (Head Hunters, Para Gorkhas) 
The personnel wear a ‘Balidaan’ Badge (The Badge of Sacrifice), which is a Winged Dagger.

All the Battalions are cross trained in each field so as to increase battle effectiveness and efficiency.
