Sol.  Mahi can reach the middle in 12.5 min
Purva can reach the middle in 25 min 
So, Req. time =25-12.5=12.5 min

S.P. of second shopkeeper 700×80/100×84/100=470.40 
Required diff. =470.40-460.60=9.80
